Booking and deposits
A 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your date and is deducted from the final balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled once free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Newborn dates are always moved to suit the actual arrival of your baby.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session forfeit the deposit.
Session conduct
The safety and comfort of your child comes before any photograph. We will pause, adjust or shorten a session whenever needed, and a parent must be present throughout.
Editing and delivery
Your gallery is delivered within 10 to 14 working days. Editing includes colour grading and gentle, natural retouching. We do not alter a child's features.
Additional edited images and RAW collections are available from your gallery at the rates listed in your package.
Copyright and usage
Copyright remains with The Baby Studio UAE. You receive a personal licence to print, share and display your images. Commercial use, resale and third-party editing or filtering of delivered files are not permitted.
Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or a technical loss, our liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid or a reshoot at our discretion.
