Your photographs

Your images belong to your family. We never publish a photograph of your child on our website, social media or in print without your written permission, and you may withdraw that permission at any time.

Galleries are hosted on a password-protected platform and remain online for twelve months. Archived files are stored on encrypted drives.

Data retention

Booking records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your personal details at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
